Privacy policy
Last updated
This document is a draft written from the site’s own code to describe what it actually does, and it has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It will be reviewed and approved before commercial launch; until then it is a factual description, not a contract.
What this page covers
This policy covers this marketing website alone: the pages you are reading and the contact form on them. The data you enter inside Sudo after subscribing is your company’s data, and it is managed from inside the product.
Privacy rights relating to the product — asking for a copy of your personal data, or for its deletion — are exercised inside the system through its privacy module, not from this page.
What this site collects
The only thing this site collects from you is what you type into the contact form: the request type, your name, your email address, your mobile number, your company name, and the text of your message.
Those fields are sent over an encrypted connection to the Sudo API, and we use them for one purpose: to reply to you. We do not sell them and we do not share them with a third party for marketing.
This site asks for no password, no payment method and no national ID, and it cannot sign you in: the client that talks to the API sends no credentials at all.
The one cookie, and the preference kept in your browser
We use one cookie, named sudo.currency, which remembers the currency you chose on the pricing page. It lasts one year. It carries no name and no identifier belonging to you.
Your theme preference (light or dark) is kept in your browser’s local storage under the key mirsam.theme. That is not a cookie, it is never sent to our servers, and it stays on your device.
What we do not use
This site loads no analytics tool, no advertising network and no tracking pixel from any third party today. The Content-Security-Policy applied to every response restricts connections to this site’s own origin and the Sudo API, so the restriction is enforced rather than promised.
The configuration allows an optional analytics collector and an optional error reporter to be turned on; neither is configured. If either one is, this page changes before it does.
Reading the country of the visit
The hosting platform may add a header carrying a country code to the request, and we read it for one purpose: to suggest a sensible currency on the pricing page on a first visit. We do not store it and we do not attach it to you, and your own choice always takes precedence over it.
Keeping and deleting
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to follow up on what came of it. If you want your message and its data deleted, write to us from the contact page and we will delete them.
Changes to this page
Any change to what we collect or to what we use appears here first, and the last-updated date at the top of the page changes with it.
