Frequently asked questions
- 01
Can I subscribe to accounting on its own?
Yes. Accounting, privacy and settings make a plan in their own right, and it is a complete accounting product with the five financial statements, receivables and payables, the treasury and fixed assets. You can add inventory, sales and the rest later without opening a new company.
- 02
What happens to my data if I turn a module off?
Nothing is deleted. Turning a module off closes its screens and blocks its routes, and its tables and its data stay as they are. Turn it back on and everything is in place.
- 03
And what happens when the trial ends?
The account moves to a mode that does not accept writes, and nothing is deleted. Signing in takes you to the plan-selection page, and when you subscribe you carry on from where you stopped, with the same company, users, roles and data.
- 04
Is Sudo certified by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority?
No. E-invoicing is built into the system — UBL 2.1 documents, the cryptographic stamp, the hash chain and the QR code for both phases — but it has never been tested against an Authority environment, and Sudo holds no certification from them. We say so plainly, because claiming otherwise costs you and not us.
- 05
Can I export my data?
Yes, as CSV from the screens that support export, and through the path that requests a copy of your personal data. Export to Excel or PDF is not available yet.
- 06
Which currency do I pay in?
In the currencies we have published prices for. You choose your currency at the top of the pricing page, and your choice is kept. We do not convert prices at a moving exchange rate — each currency has its own published price.
- 07
How many users does a subscription include?
It depends on the plan, and the number is shown on each plan card. Extra users are added as an add-on, by quantity.
- 08
Does the system work without an internet connection?
We do not rely on that today. An offline sales queue is written in the code but has not been tested yet, and we do not sell it as a feature until it is proven.
- 09
One run produces several different products. How is the cost split between them?
In proportion to each output's sales value, not evenly — the split a sawmill, a dairy, a refinery and an abattoir all need, because their outputs are worth very different amounts per kilo. Yield standards are compared against tolerance bands, so a variance shows instead of disappearing into an average.

Do you support more than one branch and warehouse?
Yes. Multiple branches and storage locations, and the trucks themselves are locations that carry a balance. But locations are flat today — no zones and no shelves.
